An important tool in the Trusted Advisor’s armoury is the Technology Roadmap. This is a disciplined process designed to keep IT infrastructure spend right in the sweet spot – implementing new technologies at the right time and in the right way to maximise opportunities to better support the business and gain further reductions in cost.
Each CodeBlue Trusted Advisor can also draw on our CIO Services. This managed service offering provides the very highest level of IT infrastructure strategic advice, paid for on an ‘as needed’ basis, or offered for a monthly fixed price. The Trusted Advisor manages a disciplined review and reporting process and ensures your IT infrastructure strategy is proactive, not reactive, and constantly ‘live’ as new technologies open up new areas of potential productivity improvement, or cost reduction, or both.

With your Trusted Advisor managing a best-practice implementation, supported by our remote Monitoring and Management Centre, the number of incidents is reduced and more time can be spent on proactive tasks and forward planning.
We resolve over 85% of incidents with a single phone call and respond to important issues within 15 minutes. We provide unlimited calls to the Service Desk for no extra charge – these calls can include "how to" type questions for Microsoft Office applications.
