Strong new CodeBlue presence
in Hamilton caps record year

CodeBlue now has one of the strongest IT services teams in the Waikato with ten people operating out of the new CodeBlue offices in Hamilton.

CodeBlue Hamilton Managing Director, Jason Trower, says the decision to join CodeBlue is a logical evolution for his IT services company, Level10.

“Our goal is to be the preeminent IT service provider in the Waikato within five years, focussing on the 20- to 500-seat market,” Jason Trower says.

He says that CodeBlue’s competitive strength is not just being able to offer a modern managed services technology platform, but the intellectual property that CodeBlue has in operational processes and its knowledge base built up over time.

“The individual technologies that CodeBlue uses, such as Kaseya, are good but not unique. What is unique is the way CodeBlue puts all the technologies and tools together to provide a service delivery and management platform that is truly world class.”

Ian Funnell, CodeBlue’s National General Manager, says the new Hamilton presence represents a strong finish to a record year for CodeBlue:  “We’ve had better than 50 percent growth in revenue and customer numbers over the year, well ahead of the industry average.  This growth has been right across our branches, with particularly strong performances in Auckland, Tauranga, Hawkes Bay and Christchurch.

"Also very pleasing is the number of new customers in the CodeBlue ‘sweet spot’ of 20 to 500 seats. These include well-known companies such as Simpl Group, Glidepath, Hesketh Henry, Open Country and the PORSE in-home childcare group.
