Sleep Easy Gold is designed to dramatically reduce or eliminate computer problems in your environment while maximising your network's speed, performance and stability, and improving staff productivity.

Sleep Easy Silver

Sleep Easy Silver gives you the best of the Gold and Bronze SLA features.  CodeBlue provides key IT services and support - including unlimited server support, proactive centralised desktop management, patch management and reporting.  You have flexibility when determining required levels of user, remote, on-site and PC support and engineering time.

CodeBlue can provide some or all services and support as required, or engage with internal staff to provide agreed levels of ongoing service, support and training.    

Sleep Easy Bronze

Sleep Easy Bronze is designed for businesses that want to minimise outages and get away from the 'break/fix' IT model.

CodeBlue proactively monitors the network to reduce downtime by preventing outages before they occur, and to diagnose any faults immediately. The fixed price delivers predetermined levels of user support, remote support, on-site support and engineering time each month.

Sleep Easy Bronze is a flexible, cost-effective option that gives organisations the freedom to dial IT support up or down depending on requirements.  It lets you choose on a case-by-case basis whether to pay an hourly rate for extra services and support.

Corporate Partnership

CodeBlue's flexible corporate partnership approach is ideal for larger businesses and organisations that already have an internal IT presence but still require professional, proactive IT service and support. You choose the SLA that suits your needs and CodeBlue engages with your internal IT staff to provide support and can even assist in training internal staff.  This enables you to retain control over your IT - and still have access to high-level IT service, advice and support from CodeBlue as required.
